For the convenience of our non-Dutch-speaking customers, please note that the following is a translated version of our return policy:

We aim for your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return option for products not falling under the exceptions of the right of withdrawal according to Belgian legislation.

Return of Products:

• You have the right to withdraw your purchase and return the product within 14 days of receiving the order, without stating a reason, in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal.
• To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the purchase and return the product within the specified period.
• The returned product must be in unused condition and returned in its original packaging. If reasonably possible, please keep all labels and packaging materials intact.
  The costs for return shipping are generally at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Refund:

• Upon receiving and verifying the returned product’s compliance with the return policy, we will refund the purchase amount, including standard shipping costs, if applicable.
• The refund will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase, within a reasonable period after receiving the returned product.

Exceptions:

Return Policy on Custom-Cut Products

We aim to meet your specific needs by custom-making products according to your exact specifications. Please note that custom-cut products, such as fabrics cut precisely to your wishes, cannot be returned unless there are defects in the product or quality issues.

Returns of Custom-Cut Products:

• Products produced for or cut at the customer’s request cannot be returned, except in the case of a defect or quality issue with the product.
• If you notice a defect or quality problem with a custom-cut product, please contact us within eight days of receipt to report the issue and receive further instructions for the return procedure.
• For processing a return request for custom-cut products, evidence and/or photos of the reported defect or quality problem may be requested.

We recommend carefully inspecting the quality of custom-cut products upon receipt and immediately reporting any issues. Our goal is to promptly and adequately address any defects.

Disclaimer:

Handwoven or Fabrics Produced With Hand-Spun Yarn:

Please note that our handwoven fabrics or fabrics made with hand-spun yarn may exhibit unique characteristics and irregularities inherent in the artisanal process. These irregularities may include variations in fabric, texture, or color that are integral to the individuality and authenticity of these types of textiles. These variations are not considered defects.

Hand-Dyed Fabrics or Fabrics Dyed with Natural Dyes:

We want to draw your attention to the unique nature of our hand-dyed fabrics and fabrics dyed with natural colorants. These fabrics undergo an artisanal dyeing process resulting in subtle variations in color, shade, and intensity. These natural nuances contribute to the charm and uniqueness of each piece. These variations highlight the artisanal craftsmanship and authenticity of the fabric and will not be considered defects.

Your understanding and appreciation of the uniqueness of these textiles contribute to supporting artisanal craftsmanship and preserving the rich heritage of traditional weaving and dyeing methods.

Wij streven naar uw tevredenheid met onze producten. Indien u om welke reden dan ook niet volledig tevreden bent met uw aankoop, bieden wij een retourmogelijkheid aan voor producten die niet onder de uitzonderingen van het herroepingsrecht vallen volgens de Belgische wetgeving.

Retourneren van Producten:

• U heeft het recht om uw aankoop te herroepen en het product terug te sturen binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van de bestelling, zonder opgave van reden, conform het wettelijke herroepingsrecht.
• Om gebruik te maken van uw herroepingsrecht dient u ons binnen de genoemde termijn op de hoogte te stellen van uw beslissing om de aankoop te annuleren en het product te retourneren.
• Het geretourneerde product dient in ongebruikte staat te zijn en in de originele verpakking te worden teruggestuurd. Indien redelijkerwijs mogelijk, gelieve alle labels en verpakkingsmaterialen intact te houden.
• De kosten voor retourzending zijn in principe voor uw eigen rekening, tenzij schriftelijk anders overeengekomen.

Terugbetaling:

• Zodra wij het geretourneerde product hebben ontvangen en gecontroleerd op naleving van het retourbeleid, zullen wij het aankoopbedrag inclusief standaard verzendkosten terugbetalen, indien van toepassing.
• De terugbetaling zal plaatsvinden via de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode die voor de aankoop is gebruikt, binnen een redelijke termijn na ontvangst van het geretourneerde product.

Uitzonderingen:

Retourbeleid op Maat Geknipte Producten

Wij streven ernaar om aan uw specifieke behoeften te voldoen door producten op maat te maken volgens uw exacte specificaties. Houd er rekening mee dat op maat geknipte producten, zoals stoffen die exact volgens uw wens zijn afgesneden, niet kunnen worden geretourneerd, tenzij er sprake is van defecten in het product of problemen met de kwaliteit.

Retourneren van Op Maat Geknipte Producten:

• Voor de klant geproduceerde of op verzoek van de klant afgeknipte producten kunnen niet worden geretourneerd, behalve in het geval van een defect of problemen met de kwaliteit van het product.
• Indien u een defect of kwaliteitsprobleem constateert met een op maat geknipt product, neem dan binnen acht dagen na ontvangst contact met ons op om het probleem te melden en verdere instructies te ontvangen voor de retourprocedure.
• Voor het verwerken van een retouraanvraag voor op maat geknipte producten kunnen bewijsmateriaal en/of foto’s van het gerapporteerde defect of kwaliteitsprobleem worden gevraagd.

We raden u aan om bij ontvangst van op maat geknipte producten zorgvuldig de kwaliteit te controleren en eventuele problemen onmiddellijk te melden. Ons doel is om eventuele defecten snel en adequaat op te lossen.

Handgeweven of met Handgesponnen Garen Vervaardidge Stoffen:

Gelieve er rekening mee te houden dat onze handgeweven stoffen of stoffen vervaardigd met hand-gesponnen garen unieke kenmerken en onregelmatigheden kunnen vertonen die inherent zijn aan het ambachtelijke proces. Deze onregelmatigheden kunnen variaties in weefsel, textuur of kleur omvatten, die integraal zijn aan de individualiteit en authenticiteit van deze textielsoorten.Deze variaties worden niet beschouwd als defecten

Hand-geverfde Stoffen of stoffen geverfd met Natuurlijke Verfstoffen:

Wij willen u attent maken op het unieke karakter van onze hand-geverfde stoffen, en stoffen die zijn geverfd met natuurlijke kleurstoffen. Deze stoffen ondergaan een ambachtelijk verfproces dat resulteert in subtiele variaties in kleur, tint en intensiteit. Deze natuurlijke schakeringen dragen bij aan de charme en uniciteit van elk stuk.Deze variaties benadrukken het artisanale vakmanschap en de authenticiteit van de stof, en zullen niet als een defect worden beschouwd.

Uw begrip en waardering voor de eigenheid van deze textiel dragen bij aan het ondersteunen van het ambachtelijke vakmanschap en het behoud van het rijke erfgoed van traditionele weef en verf methoden.
